Vietnamese stir fry with fried noodles and beef

For a Vietnamese restaurant, you wouldn't expect so many dishes to come with chips. That said, the food was pretty nice, and came out really fast. Ambiance was a bit weird, there was a live singer who was good, but the space is just too small for her. It was like they couldn't quite decide between being a restaurant or a bar.
