Fried cauliflower with mayo and dukkah

Local is a nice cafe with friendly service and they make delicious fried chicken. It wouldn't kill them to learn how to cut up a cauliflower though, as the fried cauliflower florets were huge and the batter rather flavourless. The pita was beautifully soft although the hummus and pesto were forgettable.
