Fish burger

The service in Angkor Wat was so excellent that, were there a rating for service alone, this would be at the top. The woman at the counter was an absolute delight - patient, friendly, laughed at all our jokes and even cracked one herself. Unfortunately, our rating system is not on service alone and the food at Angkor Wat was only so-so. Some care had been taken in constructing the burgers including fresh fancy lettuce and tomato. However, the fish was a little fishy and there was a bit too much lettuce in the fish burger. The satay chicken burger was a little better but still only okay.

A note on the clientele. In the average population, what proportion would you expect to have a limp? Five percent? Ten percent? Try seventy-five percent (of the customers dining in, excluding us). Seems a little extreme. Did something happen here?
